We offer a blend of boxing and MMA that sets us apart from all clubs within our region, we have experienced coaches who understand the discipline required for each activity. Our membership enables you to experience a wide variety of disciplines while in a passionate and social environment.
Grading
We take all our juniors and youths through our very own Bakehouse grading awards. These are done quarterly and each individual is monitored so we can see the improvement and this translates into the achieving requirement we expect from our students.
