At Bakehouse we understand and have a lot of experience of coaching young adultsinto adulthood. As they grow we increase intensity accordingly to adapt to an ever-growing environment. An increase in fitness is expected and a harder more committed work ethic is required.

Teenage Boxing in Rugby

Build confidence. Get fitter. Learn real boxing skills.

Our Teenage Boxing sessions give young people the opportunity to learn boxing in a positive, structured and supportive environment at Bakehouse Boxing in Rugby.

Whether they’re completely new to boxing or ready to take their training further, our coaches help each teenager develop at their own pace.

Sessions focus on boxing technique, fitness, movement, coordination and discipline, while helping young people build confidence both inside and outside the gym.

What to expect

Teenagers will learn the fundamentals of boxing, including stance, footwork, punches, combinations, defence and movement.

As their ability and confidence grow, the training becomes progressively more challenging. We encourage effort, consistency and respect, with experienced coaches there to guide them throughout.

You don’t need to be fit or have any previous boxing experience to get started.

More than just boxing

Boxing is a great way for teenagers to stay active, but there’s much more to it than fitness.

Training can help develop confidence, self-discipline, resilience and focus. It also gives young people somewhere positive to train, challenge themselves and be part of a team.

At Bakehouse, we want teenagers to enjoy their training while learning skills they can be proud of.
